The 2019 Cabernet Franc blend comes primarily from Block 9 at Margarita Vineyard, which slopes toward a northeastern exposure. This shields the vines from the late afternoon sunlight, resulting in a long, steady growing season that produces Cabernet Franc fruit with beautiful ripeness and proportion. Additionally, the calcareous sea
bed soils in this block contribute a distinctly elegant texture to the fruit. Finally, a complement of Merlot from Block 7 brings a sense of velvety nuance and softness to
the blend.
